1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and agen888 ("Platform"). 3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for each payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes once approval is granted.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Terms

agen888 offers various bonuses to players, including a welcome bonus for new members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and a set validity period. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the applicable terms.

agen888 welcome bonus: your first deposit will receive a 100% match of up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM2,500 (RM100 × 25) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. A deposit of RM2,200 receives a bonus of RM1,000, bringing the balance to RM3,200, with a wagering requirement of RM25,000 (RM1,000 × 25).

• The wagering requirement is calculated at 25 times the bonus value received, not the deposit value.
• The bonus expiry time will be set at the time of issuance and cannot be extended.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or manipulate the wagering system is prohibited.
• agen888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted if the terms are not complied with.
• Other promotions such as VIP cashback, birthday bonuses, and seasonal offers are each subject to their own terms, which will be stated at the time the promotion is launched.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Account Closure

agen888 players are required to interact with the platform fairly and responsibly. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any tool that manipulates gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Falsifying identity or submitting fraudulent documents during verification.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Evading or attempting to evade bonus wagering requirements through varied betting techniques.

agen888 uses an active monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. If your account is closed due to a breach, balances associated with the relevant activity may not be returned. Players may submit an appeal via support email within 14 days of the date of the closure notice.
